The Championship’s existing hospitality packages lacked a memorable brand presence, with no unifying theme to connect the individual experiences. The brief was to create a concept for The Open Hospitality brands and develop a range of hospitality experiences that build a deeper relationship with customers.

Entitled Origins at The Open, the rebrand celebrates the craftsmen and experts who have helped create and continue to shape this prestigious golf Major. The six new levels of hospitality will showcase the skills of Champions, Engravers, Caddies, Clubmakers, Greenkeepers and Scorers. Their roles are central to the heritage and rich tradition of The Open, but their stories have often gone untold. The new experiences and fresh identities are now springboards for storytelling.
